As a non-executive director at TClarke, a leading building services provider, Aysegul supports the board of directors in strategic business planning, risk management, and corporate governance. Aysegul also serves on the audit, nomination, and remuneration committees, where she applies her expertise in financial information, succession planning, and ESG.

With over 20 years of experience in the construction and engineering sector, Aysegul has developed and implemented various procurement and supply chain strategies that create value and enhance performance. Aysegul has worked with international companies that specialize in the built environment, delivering projects in the data centre, science, technology, public, commercial, and high-end residential sectors. She has also established long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the industry. Additionally, Aysegul is a co-founder and director of TATC Ltd, a consultancy firm that helps companies successfully trade globally. She oversees the day-to-day operations and the sustainable growth strategy of the business. Aysegul is passionate about promoting gender equality and female empowerment within construction and engineering, as well as holistic well-being and mindfulness in the workplace. She works collaboratively with her colleagues and peers to achieve these goals.

Aysegul has been following the progress of the Mentoring Circle program with great interest over the past couple of years, and she says it has been truly inspiring to witness the incredible work being done to cultivate a supportive and empowering community for talented individuals.
