Alison joined Kier in August 2021 in the role of HRD Construction and leads the people agenda across UK Construction and our Housing Maintenance and Facilities Management business, Kier Places. Her HR career spans over 20 years, with a wealth of cross sector experience across a range of companies from Amazon and Home Retail Group to Bank of England, Travis Perkins and TUI. Having delivered change across multiple geographies, she has helped organisations align structures with its objectives both current and future focused. She believes passionately in creating environments that are inclusive, developing internal capability for emerging skills and the opportunity social value brings to local communities and business.
