Becoming a mentor

We are always looking for inspirational women working in the Real Estate industry to join our ranks. No formal mentoring experience is required as training is provided. The only criteria is a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience or equivalent thereof. Once accepted onto the scheme, mentors commit to a minimum of one mentoring session per quarter with their allocated mentee.
