Zoe is Managing Director of JAC Group, a project management company specialising in the delivery of office and workplace property projects. The JAC project management function is supported by the group’s furniture, design and lifecycle teams.  Zoe leads clients through the project process from building appraisal to final delivery, managing the selection of the professional and construction teams, providing a total project management solution. The company’s expertise lies in its leadership and commercial control, its effectiveness derives from an open and collaborative approach, combined with a real ‘get amongst the weeds’ mentality.  The company is entering its 43rd year.

Zoe’s background includes hotel and house building, re-development of grade 2 listed buildings, manufacturing and installation of modular buildings and commercial office fit-out. Zoe’s success has come from her combination of this extensive and varied construction background with her personable, straight- forward and hands-on project management approach.

Zoe is dedicated to bringing young talent into the industry and formed the JAC company Project Associate Scheme in 2014 to develop individuals with an aptitude and flair for project management and connecting with clients.
