Rebecca is a Director at global, independent consultancy Turner and Townsend; making a difference and focusing on better outcomes in the real estate, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.  Based in London, Rebecca heads UK data centre cost management; striving to add strategic value, thought leadership and a different perspective working with a great team across a portfolio of key clients throughout the UK and Europe.  She loves what she does and enjoys working with a diverse group of people around the world. A Fellow of RICS and Non-Exec Board member of the Management Board, she has contributed for twenty years including senior roles, chairing several boards.

Formerly a Senior Partner at RLB, delivering results through motivational leadership, Rebecca passionately believes in access to development for all and takes great pleasure in mentoring and coaching others.

Having sparked a keen interest in architecture from a young age in her wonder at iconic buildings and structures such as the Taj Mahal, pyramids of Giza, St Pauls Cathedral to name a few, Rebecca joined the industry 25 years ago and over that time her business and personal experiences have shaped the person she is today with her core values front and centre of all that she does.  Balancing her experience with a fresh outlook and motivated to help create a sustainable, inclusive future, she values collaboration and is authentic in bringing her whole self to whatever she does.

Rebecca’s interests include meditation, hiking and exploring the world and its wonderful cultures; as well as the odd challenge thrown in for good measure!  Highlights include flying a plane, running the London marathon and completing the 100km Thames Path Challenge and 116km Camino de Santiago.  With a passion for the development of others and engendering a culture of opportunities for all; Rebecca is extremely excited to be part of the Mentoring Circle initiative.
